Data Deletion Instructions

Email support@tahatok.com from the address on your TahaTok account, with the subject line "Delete my data". If you signed up with Facebook and have no email on file, include your name as shown on the account.

We will confirm your request, verify it is yours, and delete your account within 30 days.

You can also remove TahaTok from your Facebook settings. This sends us a deletion request automatically:

• Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites.
• Select TahaTok and choose Remove.
• Tick the option to delete the data TahaTok holds about you, then confirm.

We will give you a confirmation code and a link where you can check the status of your request.

• Your account profile, including name, email and phone number.
• Child profiles and their reading history, progress and rewards.
• Your sign-in links to Facebook, Google or Apple.

If you have made a payment, we must keep the payment record for financial and tax purposes. In that case we remove your personal details from the account and keep only the payment record.
