By creating an account or using TahaTok, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you are registering on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and that you accept these terms on their behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

TahaTok is a digital reading app for Muslim families. It provides access to a curated library of Islamic stories and educational books for children, paired with quizzes and a reward system designed to encourage regular reading.

Accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian. Children read under a named profile that the parent sets up, controls, and can remove at any time.

You must provide accurate information when you register — including a valid email address or phone number and the first name or nickname of each child profile you create.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@tahatok.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

One account may hold multiple child profiles up to the limit shown in your subscription plan.

Access to the full library requires an active paid subscription. Pricing is per child profile, billed quarterly or annually, and shown on the Pricing page. Current rates are shown on the Pricing page and may change with advance notice.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Each plan is a one-time payment for the billing period you choose — quarterly or annual — with no automatic renewal. You may add child profiles at any time; any additional seat follows the pricing shown on the Pricing page.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@tahatok.com within 14 days of a charge if you believe an error was made.

A small selection of books is available without a subscription so families can try the reading experience before committing. Free books are marked in the library.

• You may use TahaTok for personal, non-commercial family reading.
• You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any content from the library.
• You may not use the service to upload, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or misleading.
• Automated access, scraping, or reverse-engineering of the service or its content is prohibited.

All books, illustrations, quiz content, and reward assets in the TahaTok library are owned by TahaTok or its content partners. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

The read–quiz–reward experience, app design, and underlying software are the property of TahaTok.

Your use of TahaTok is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, why, and how parents stay in control of their family's information.

If you register or sign in with a phone number, you will receive a one-time verification code by SMS. This is the only type of text message TahaTok sends — we do not send marketing or promotional texts.

TahaTok is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep the service reliable and the library accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TahaTok is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date.

Continued use of TahaTok after a change means you accept the updated terms.
