SMS Policy

Signing up or signing in with a phone number is entirely optional. You can create and fully use a TahaTok account with only an email address — no phone number and no SMS messages at all.

If you do choose the phone option, TahaTok sends you a one-time verification code by SMS so we know the number is yours. This is the only kind of text message we send.

If you choose to sign up or sign in with a phone number, the screen shows this notice right where you enter your number:

By entering your phone number, you agree to receive one-time SMS verification codes for account security purposes from TahaTok. Message & data rates may apply.

This notice is specific to the SMS verification message and names TahaTok as the sender — it is separate and distinct from our Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions, and accepting those elsewhere never implies SMS consent.

We only send a verification text when you request one by submitting your phone number. This consent covers one-time account-security verification codes only — it is never a condition of creating an account or using TahaTok, since signing up with email requires no phone number and no SMS consent whatsoever.

Messages are transactional only — a single verification code each time you request one. We do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring text messages.

Message frequency depends on you: you receive a text only when you ask for a verification code.

Reply STOP to any verification text to opt out of receiving further SMS messages from TahaTok. Reply HELP for support, or email support@tahatok.com — we will respond with assistance.

Opting out of SMS does not close your account; you can still sign in with a saved password or an email verification code, and you can add or re-enable SMS again from the Profile screen at any time.

TahaTok does not charge for verification texts, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

We use your phone number to send verification codes and to secure your account. We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

You can remove or change the phone number on your account at any time from the Profile screen.
